CHARLOTTE — Charlotte Douglas International Airport ranked 17th among the nation’s mega airports for customer satisfaction, according to a new survey by JD Power.
The study was based on a year of data collected from passenger surveys.
Some factors that earned Charlotte its high marks were clear signs, food programs and recent construction.
The Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport scored the highest on the list.
Charleston landed at the top spot for customer satisfaction among medium-sized airports.
