The victim told officers that the suspect touched her for sexual gratification without permission, according to a police report.

Channel 9 reporter Mark Becker was told the victim has been at Levine Children's Hospital for several weeks and that Hearn was assigned to watch the 16-year-old.

A source said there is surveillance video showing Hearn making advances on the teenager, but being pushed away.

Channel 9 was told the assault happened Thursday in a bathroom where there are no surveillance cameras.

Police interviewed Hearn and later filed the charge against her.

Hearn was released from jail on Friday.
