CHARLOTTE — A delegation of local tourism leaders went to Indianapolis last month to begin a year-long pitch before the nation’s most influential meeting and convention planners. And, according to Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority CEO Steve Bagwell, they received a warm welcome.
