CHARLOTTE — In less than a week, the streets of Uptown Charlotte will be filled for Charlotte Pride.
But the journey to get here has seen its ups and downs, and the Supreme Court will consider to take up a case this fall that asks them to overturn the ruling granting same-sex couples the right to marry.
It’s the latest chapter in the Pride movement. In the video at the top of the page, we’re looking at how Pride got its start in the Queen City.
