CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte Rescue Mission is asking for help feeding hundreds of people in need on Christmas Day.
Mission leaders say they need 50 frozen hams to feed people looking for a holiday meal.
The hams need to be 8 to 12 pounds.
"They'll have a server that will come up and take their order, and they'll just be treated as though they are at a five-star restaurant,” organizer Philip Wilson said.

Organizers say they will be serving about 1,000 people on Christmas Day, and most of the guests are homeless.
The Charlotte Rescue Mission will be taking donations at their location on West First Street until Dec. 21.
