CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — A Chester County man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl at a day care.

Samuel Kelly III was taken into custody Thursday morning.
Investigators said a mother contacted them after her 5-year-old daughter said Kelly had touched her inappropriately during summer school last year.
She said Kelly worked at the Horizons Christian Academy in Chester where her daughter attended.
Channel 9 called the day care to find out if they are aware of the accusations and if Kelly is still employed there.
