CHARLOTTE — On Monday Charlotte City Council will discuss whether to give the green light to red light cameras.
City staff will give a presentation to councilmembers.
The public safety committee voted in favor of putting up 10 red light cameras across the city.
The cameras automatically photograph and ticket drivers running red lights.
This would cost about $600,000.
