CHARLOTTE — The modified vehicles in street takeovers generate a lot of noise.
On Monday Charlotte leaders will consider solutions to put an end to excessively noisy cars.
During the public safety committee meeting, CMPD and council members will discuss the legal landscape, potential tools like noise cameras, and CMPD’S current enforcement strategies.
The committee will also discuss nuisance properties and street vendors.
