CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. — The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office hopes the public can help find Keesha Ann Putnam, a 35-year-old woman last seen at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday on Cedar Circle Drive, just outside of Shelby.
She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds. Putnam could be with her dog.
