CHARLOTTE — CMPD says a woman has died ten days after a crash in a Food Lion parking lot.
Officers said on Jan. 28, a woman was backing out of a parking spot at the grocery store at The Plaza and Matheson Avenue in north Charlotte, when she hit someone who was walking, a parked car, and then a tree.

On Tuesday, the driver, Florence Davis, 89, died from her injuries.
The other person who was hurt went to the hospital after the crash. It’s unclear how he is doing now.
