CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The CMS board heard a presentation about teacher compensation and how that could change on Tuesday night.
The state has invited districts to give input about a possible pay-for-performance plan.
A task force made up of teachers and administrators has come up with a framework that would include choices for teachers, a system for growth opportunities and compensation for all the work they do.
