Commissioners agree to have CMPD patrol unincorporated areas

MECKLENBURG COUNTY, N.C. — Mecklenburg County commissioners agreed Tuesday night to a five-year deal with the city of Charlotte that will have Charlotte-Mecklenburg police patrol unincorporated areas.
