Condo development next to OMB launches sales with prices starting at $360K

CHARLOTTE — A boutique condo project underway in lower South End recently launched sales.

The Peterson at 323 E. Peterson Drive will house 49 condos that range from 702 to 1,296 square feet with one to two bedrooms and bathrooms. Prices start at $359,900.

Vertical construction on the five-story building started last December, with the project slated for completion in summer 2027, said Charlotte Living Realty’s Kayla Haase, who is handling marketing and brand strategy for The Peterson. The development backs up to The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery.
