CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Crews began construction on MEDIC’s new headquarters and operations center in west Charlotte Tuesday morning.
Work began at 9 a.m. on the new 220,000 square-foot center on the corner of Wilkinson Boulevard and Morris Field Drive.
The new building is part of the government facilities master plan aimed to provide county services at more convenient locations and better work environments for employees.
