UNION COUNTY, N.C. — Police said they caught a Union County couple driving around with a meth lab in their car.
Marshville police stopped Tiffanie Phillips and Ryan Sousa on Saturday.
Officers said the two were not actively cooking the drug, but they did have everything to make it.
Sousa has posted bond.
Phillips remains in jail.
