A crash shut down Atando Avenue between Graham and Tryon streets Thursday night until Friday morning.

A driver hit a utility pole around 10 p.m. Thursday which brought down power and phone lines.

Duke Energy crews fixed many of the power lines early Friday morning.
However, AT&T phone lines were down until later in the morning.
