CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — Crisis Assistance Ministry's furniture bank now has more space and new wheels.
The group had a grand opening at its new facility in north Charlotte Wednesday. The building has 22,000 square feet and gives the group more space to store donated furniture.
That furniture then goes to families trying to get back on their feet.
Two Men and a Truck donated a box truck to help Crisis Assistance pick up donations. The company will also keep paying for oil changes and maintenance.
