Davidson town commissioners to vote on I-77 South toll lane project

DAVIDSON, N.C. — The looming decision on whether to put toll lanes on I-77 South is frustrating leaders in Davidson.

On Tuesday, town commissioners plan to vote on it.

Charlotte’s Regional Transportation Planning Organization will have a final vote on Sept. 22.

Many areas are worried about the budget if they have to pay the state back.
