CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The team behind Paper Plane Deli and Market in Charlotte’s Belmont neighborhood is expanding its reach.
A new concept, called The Hangar, is currently in its soft-opening phase at 1426 E. Fourth St. It’s tucked inside Devil’s Logic Brewing.

“We were in the right place at the right time, and this partnership happened authentically and organically,” says Amanda Cranford.
She and Adriana Flores — also head chef — opened the deli and market just days before pandemic shutdowns began in 2020.
