Deputies say man led them on chase after ramming family member's car

CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — Chester County deputies said they were forced to use stun guns on a man who led them on a police chase.

Investigators said Michael Martin followed his grandmother and uncle across two counties on Saturday, ramming their car several times. Deputies said he was upset because she wouldn't give him money to pay off a drug dealer.

Authorities said Martin finally pulled into a driveway and tried to run off. That's when they shocked him with a stun gun and arrested him.
