CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, S.C. — Deputies in Chesterfield County say they caught a suspected drug trafficker and potentially saved thousands of lives.
Investigators say they seized a pound of meth and an ounce of fentanyl.
Deputies say that much fentanyl could potentially kill more than 15,000 people.
