CONCORD, N.C. — An out-of-state developer has snagged a site near Charlotte Motor Speedway for its first local multifamily project.
On Jan. 31, Tennessee-based J.A. Murphy Group bought a 6.2-acre site on Trevi Village Boulevard for $3.75 million, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records.
The site will be home to a 209-unit, garden-style apartment complex, which is expected to break ground next month.
