CHARLOTTE, N.C. — On Tuesday, Eyewitness News found new details out about the firing of Mecklenburg County's DSS Director.
County Manager Harry Jones upheld Mary Wilson's termination last month on Tuesday.
In a letter sent to Wilson, Jones said she failed to be honest, be impartial in the delivery of services and show respect for others and work well with her colleagues.
The letter went on to accuse Wilson of creating an atmosphere quote of, "Distrust, fear, suspicion and uncertainty."
