CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Some DirecTV customers may be experiencing problems with the WSOC-TV and TV64 signals.
The problem seems to be affecting people watching the standard definition channels. Viewers who are watching the HD versions of the two channels are not reporting issues.
There is a problem with DirecTV’s decoding of the signal, but WSOC-TV has been working with the satellite provider to solve the problem.
The problem is not related to the issues customers on cable and satellite service were experiencing on Monday night.
