CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Beatties Ford Road was closed just south of Interstate 485 early Thursday morning after a Jeep crashed and flipped on its roof.
The wreck happened around 7 a.m. near McClure Road and had the lanes blocked in both directions.
Officials said the male driver and two children in the vehicle were taken to the hospital. It was unclear how badly they were hurt.
Police have not said what caused the wreck.
