Duck Donuts to open Fort Mill location this month

FORT MILL, S.C. — Duck Donuts is expanding its footprint in the Charlotte market. The company — known for serving warm, made-to-order doughnuts — will open in Fort Mill on Jan. 29.

That 1,350-square-foot store is at 810 Brayden Parkway, part of the Brayden Village Shopping Center.

The first and 100th guest in line that day will receive a gift basket with assorted Duck merchandise.

It’s the third location for the brand in the , following stores in Dilworth and Huntersville.

“We’re excited to be here and ready to open” says Clayton Galindo. He and his family are behind the Fort Mill store.

Duck Donuts specializes in made-to-order vanilla cake doughnuts. Customers choose from a variety of coatings — think chocolate, maple or lemon icing, powdered sugar or glaze. Then there are toppings such as sprinkles, bacon and Oreo cookie pieces, followed by a selection of drizzles.
