CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The FBI is hoping a new website will help catch the man who shot an armored-truck employee in South Park.
Ladena Duncan was shot in the shoulder nearly a year ago.
Surveillance video at Foxcroft Plaza shows the robber with a hooded jacket pulled tightly around his face.
The video shows the man shoot the armored-truck driver and run away with a bag of cash.
Maria Benrokiya was working that day. She wants the face behind the hood revealed.
"Is there a reason why they cannot catch the guy?" she asked.
It's not just this robber. In 2012 through the end of November, Charlotte has had 23 bank robberies. Four have not been solved.
That's why on Tuesday, the FBI launched a new bank robbery website featuring pictures and details on robberies across America.
"This is more of us growing with the technology," said FBI spokeswoman Shelley Lynch.
Instead of many sources, the website is a central source open to other government agencies and the public.
"We will immediately be able to upload these photos, create electronic wanted posters that the public can share, that the media can share," Lynch said.
If someone helps the FBI catch a suspect, there could be a reward. In the robbery and shooting in South Park, it is offering $20,000.
