CHARLOTTE — A private golf course just south of Charlotte has wrapped up what it calls a “significant renovation project.”
Firethorne Country Club in Marvin hosted a grand opening earlier this week to unveil the changes, which included a reworking of the ninth hole and the addition of a short-game practice area. The club did not disclose the amount of its investment.
