FORECAST:

  • Our conditions will continue to improve throughout Sunday evening.
  • Light showers south of Interstate 40 are possible.
  • Across the mountains, there is still the potential for additional snow and ice accumulation. 1 to 3 inches of snow are possible and an additional 1/10th of an inch of ice is possible.
  • For the metro, there’s not a huge concern for ice on the roads because temperatures will remain in the upper 30s overnight into Monday.
  • A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for areas above 3,500 feet. Roads will be slick across the mountain zones.
  • We’ll be back to the 60s Monday with sunshine.
