CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — A former sports landmark in the Charlotte region has been purchased for industrial development.
In December, Alliance DriveAway Solutions Inc. paid $1 million for the former I-77 Speedway site in Chester County, according to real estate records. The logistics and trucking company has since announced that it plans to build a new corporate headquarters at the site.
