GASTONIA, N.C. — People in Gaston County will have the chance to receive free dental care this weekend.
Mission of Mercy dental clinic is working with local agencies to offer free dental work to those in need.
People can line up outside of Bethlehem church from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Work will be done on a first come, first serve basis.
Organizers said they handed out 300 tickets at 3:30 a.m. and had another 100 people waiting that they will try to serve. At 3 p.m. Friday, they will give out tickets for Saturday.
They hope to help as many as 800 people over two days.
The church is located at 3100 Bethlehem Church St. in Gastonia.
