GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — We are still months away from being able to get COVID-19 vaccines, but a local pharmacist told Channel 9 that Thursday was the deadline for pharmacies to apply to have them in stock.
The Gaston County pharmacist is waiting for approval but said he is confident and already planning to administer the vaccine.

“I’m sure it’s going to be a flood of people, but I will have it without a doubt,” said Don Thrower, co-owner of Medical Center Pharmacy.
