ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A Rowan County golf club is teaming up to help the family of a volunteer firefighter killed during a home invasion and robbery last fall.
The Viamedia Help Challenge 5K will raise money for Marco Kauffman's wife and infant son.
The race is 4 p.m. Sunday and costs $25 to enter.
