CHARLOTTE — Chef Bruce Moffett is saying goodbye to Good Food on Montford after a roughly 18-year run. The 3,200-square-foot restaurant will close after service on Aug. 29, Moffett says.
He chose not to renew a six-year lease on that James Beard-nominated restaurant at 1701 Montford Drive. Instead, Moffett has sold the lease and assets to Lee Ann Dolcetto, an 18-year employee with Moffett Restaurant Group and current general manager at Stagioni and Sala.
