Cooper will then present the book to the Graham family on behalf of the citizens of North Carolina.

The book was placed on a small table Friday at the foot of the George Washington statue in the Capitol Rotunda, and members of the public can sign the book and write their condolences for the Graham family until Friday, March 2.

“Billy Graham was a strong, humble, positive, and passionate North Carolina man of faith of made a difference in the lives of so many,” Cooper said. “Rest with God, Reverend Graham."
