MORGANTON, N.C. — Donald Kincaid was indicted on three counts of murder by a grand jury Monday.
Kincaid was arrested in connection with a triple homicide in Morganton last month. He was previously charged with killing one of the victims, his former girlfriend Barbara Johnson.

Channel 9 learned that Kincaid was dating one of the victims and is also the one who called 911 the morning of the killings.
Johnson, her son Freddie and her best friend Zakiya Bey were found dead in Johnson's Morganton home nearly in August.
