HICKORY, N.C. — An apartment complex in Hickory will soon be under new ownership and a new name.
The Fox Ridge Apartments were bought by a New Jersey-based real estate firm earlier this month for $7.5 million.
The complex is on Fourth Street Drive NW and has one, two, and three bedroom units.
It will be renamed to The Townhomes at Viewmont after the sale.
