CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Several parcels on a corner of South Mint and West Morehead streets are under contract to be sold.

A representative from Austin, Texas-based Aspen Heights Partners confirmed Wednesday the real estate firm has the 1.4-acre site under contract, but declined to say what’s planned once the sale closes. The site includes six parcels total, including 315 W. Morehead St., at the southeast corner of Mint and Morehead, facing Interstate 277 and Bank of America Stadium.
The firm is a multifamily developer, including high-rise condo towers, student housing, assisted living and apartments.
