HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — High school athletes from a Huntersville high school are heading overseas for a special tournament.
The football, cheerleading and volleyball teams from Ambassador Christian School are flying to Dublin, Ireland.
Over the next week, the school says the teams will be participating in games and events surrounding the kick off of the college football season in Dublin.
They’re setting the excitement for Saturday, when the UNC Tar Heels will take on the TCU Horned Frogs in Dublin.
