This week, Your704 is highlighting several of the vendors you’ll see at the event and sometimes in the Girl Tribe stores.
Destany Manns was looking for a way to express her creativity, so she combined her experience in graphic design and love for fashion to create Naked Honey, a line of loungewear that features messages of self-love.
“Naked Honey was born during the pandemic. I was going through a rough time in my life. I had just graduated from college. I had went through a breakup, I had a little bit of depression,” said Manns.
“It started as an outlet for me, but it became a way of me finding myself again, finding my self-love, finding my confidence, and I want to do that for other people as well.”

As a relatively new brand, Manns enjoys being part of the Girl Tribe community and she shared this encouragement to other budding entrepreneurs: “It’s OK to bet on yourself. It’s OK to be a little bit selfish and truly believe in yourself, and go for the things that you want in life.”
