LAKE WYLIE, S.C. — The York County Planning Commission held a preliminary plat revision Monday for a large residential development in the Lake Wylie area.
Fielding Homes, which is part of building company DRB Group, proposes a 425-lot, single-family residential project on Lake Wylie and Little Allison Creek. The development, called Lakeside Glen, would be built on a 305.7-acre site between S.C. Highway 274 and Allison Creek Road.

Documents show the development is one that has been in the works for years.
