CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police are investigating after they said someone shot a homeowner in the hand as they tried to rob him overnight in north Charlotte.
The shooting happened around 1 a.m. on Oakburn Drive, right off Old Statesville Road.
Police have not made any arrests and aren't sure if anything was stolen from the home.
