YORK COUNTY, S.C. — There were long lines Friday at Piedmont Medical Center in York County as hundreds of people pulled up for free COVID-19 testing.

The drive-thru testing is open until 3 p.m. to anyone over the age of 16, and you don’t have to have symptoms to get tested.

Many who Channel 9 spoke with said they don’t feel sick but wanted to be tested to make sure they don’t have the virus and can’t spread it.
