CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Customers may not be able to get fried pickles and burgers from an iconic Charlotte restaurant much longer.
The Penguin filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Tuesday.
The filing comes after the landlord sued the restaurant for rent and loan payments.
The landlord now wants the Penguin's owners to give up all its property and assets.
