LONG VIEW, N.C. — No human remains were found under a Catawba County home after a multiple day search, according to police.
Investigators spent three days digging in the town of Long View after they received a tip that a person who previously lived at the home buried at least one person in the crawl space about 18 years ago.
Court documents state the tip indicated that two bodies were buried beneath a bedroom in the home and covered with lime.

While no bodies were found, investigators say they are following other leads in the case.
