MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Retail giant Lowe’s Cos. Inc. has been making a number of restructuring moves since CEO Marvin Ellison took the helm a little over a year ago — but some of those initiatives might be hurting employee morale, according to a report this week from Business Insider.

The publication, citing conversations with multiple current and former Lowe’s employees, reports the reshuffling of positions from loss prevention to human resources and changes in scheduling are among the issues contributing to workers’ frustration.
Lowe’s describes the changes as part of an ongoing strategy to boost customer service, BI notes.
