CONCORD, N.C. — Outer bands of rain from Hurricane Isaias canceled practice, qualifying sessions, and the Blue Cross NC 300 race at Charlotte Motor Speedway has been rescheduled.
The lineup for the 8 p.m. race on Sunday will be set per the NASCAR rulebook, speedway officials announced at 7:30 a.m., according to our partners at the Charlotte Observer.
Cup Series practice and qualifying have also been canceled.
Sunday’s lineup will be set per the NASCAR rulebook. Saturday ticket holders will be admitted following the conclusion of the Bank of America 400.
If Saturday ticket holders cannot attend the rescheduled race, the SM Weather Guarantee is in effect.
