CHARLOTTE — JPMorgan Chase & Co. is planning to open another branch on the north side of Charlotte.

The branch, if approved, will be at Brookshire Boulevard and Smith Farm Road, at Riverbend Village near Mountain Island Lake, according to an Office of the Comptroller of the Currency filing. A bank spokesperson confirmed the location but did not share an opening date. It will be a new build.

Riverbend Village is a more than 1 million-square-foot mixed-use development at Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road and N.C. Highway 16.
