KANNAPOLIS — A Kannapolis father is accused of breaking his 2-month-old son’s ribs.
Police say they arrested Katerious Oaks, 25, on Friday.
They told our partners at the Independent Tribune his baby was brought to Carolinas Medical Center Kannapolis earlier this month with rib fractures.
Oaks is scheduled to make his first court appearance Monday.
