CHARLOTTE — Former Charlotte Hornets star LaMelo Ball has put his Uptown condo up for sale with a price tag of $2.6 million.
The NBA player’s 3,495-square-foot condo is on the third floor of The Trust building at 139 S. Tryon St. The unit has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
Ball purchased the condo in August 2023 for $2.2 million under the entity MBI Enterprises LLC, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records.
Ball also owns a fourth-floor unit in The Trust that he bought from former Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton in May 2024. Ball, through MBI Enterprises LLC, paid $2.47 million for that 3,300-square-foot condo.
The property on the fourth floor is not currently offered for sale, though it could be listed in the future, listing agent Erika Mendoza told CBJ in an email. Mendoza is a founding member of Coldwell Banker’s Sports and Entertainment division in the Carolinas.
